The PNT Story
Kevin Logan Jr. is a self-diagnosed reformed Degen, having been heavily entrenched in the defi- Web3 world for the past three years. Over the course of the past year, while working with Adam Posner at NHP Talent Group, he indoctrinated him into this new frontier. Adam's interest was sparked by Kevin's passion and knowledge of space and it was then that the perfect storm started to brew.
Now is the time to follow our passion and interest in this new frontier and to create something special that was truly different and innovative in the Recruitment industry. So on February 1st 2022, pool-side together down in South Florida, the plan was hatched.
Together, we will build PNT into the go-to, ultrarare holofoil standard in Web3 talent. We will parlay all of the foundational success standards of NHP Talent Group into PNT. This is our mission.
But maybe ill be wrong and this entire venture will turn out to be Probably Nothing.

Adam Posner: Co-Founder
Adam Posner is the Founder and President Director at NHP Talent Group: A Talent Access Consultancy, specializing in Web2 recruitment strategy, talent process, and operations @ Start-ups, Agencies, and Brands.
He is also the host of the popular podcast, #ThePOZcast- showcasing experts from the world of Talent, HR along with folks who share their amazing stories. All with the goal to help you harness your inner tenacity to drive your career forward.
Prior to pivoting into the world of recruiting, Adam spent 15 years working within the NYC advertising and marketing industry. He has led account management and digital strategy at American Express, SIRIUS XM, and digital ad agencies in NYC like VaynerMedia and EP+Co for major Clients like Verizon, Pepsi and British Airways.
This has instilled him with a unique perspective when working with candidates to truly understand their Career DNA and ensure a good fit on both sides of the recruiting equation. In addition, he brings expert advisory around the Talent Acquisition process, employer branding, and recruitment operations.
He has built a strong reputation by always putting relationships first while balancing his Clients business needs and Candidates career goals. Adam is truly a power connector. He identifies opportunities, and synergies and connects the dots.

Kevin is a Recruiter at heart. He's also deeply passionate about the blockchain space because of his personal belief that it will transform the world.
He loves meeting new people and building relationships through open, honest, and transparent communications. His superpower is relating to people through humor and empathy. His passion is helping people grow their organizations by finding the talent you need to propel your company forward.
He currently recruits for multiple start-ups at various stages and helps them connect their marketing strategy with humans to build raving fans, revenue, and repeat business because he understands that the best tool at a marketer’s disposal is empathy and wanting to understand other people’s worldviews.
When he’s not disrupting the talent acquisition space, or marketing his next product he’s either watching a Disney movie with his beautiful wife Katie and Sons or on the basketball court fulfilling his Dream to dunk in his 30’s.
